Creativity in early years science education (Ceys)
The aim of the CEYS - Creativity in Early Years Science education' - project is to develop, test, implement and disseminate a new professionalisation offer that coaches teachers of young children (3-8 years) to use creativity and an inquisitive approach within science activities.
This offer targets both initial teacher education students and experienced teachers.
In the course of the project, workshops and modules are developed and tested in co-creation with teachers. Teachers are seen as co-designers as they learn through action research how to implement the creative and inquisitive approach to science activities in their own contexts. Their experiences and practices contribute to the professionalisation offer.
It is an Erasmus+ project working with partners from Greece, the UK and Romania. This project builds on the Creative Little Scientists project.
