When the person with a CVA returns to his home situation after a rehabilitation period, he and his informal carer often experience the consequences of the CVA for daily life.
This one-year exploratory PWO starts from a current social need. How can the threshold be lowered to make assistance accessible to young people, while at the same time focusing strongly on specialized care that responds to the specific needs of young people?
