Solutions to needs child care workers

We work from human-centred design (HCD) (IDEO D. Kelly, 2011). In this process, the target group, in this case the start-up child carers of the group childcare centre, is put at the centre and empowered to provide and develop their own solutions for the surrounding system. For this purpose, the needs and challenges of the target group are identified and then tailored solutions are designed.
