Graduation ceremony

As a student, you can bring up to four additional guests to celebrate with you. This arrangement applies to all graduation ceremonies.

invitations will be sent out in three phases:

- July 9: students who graduate early or after the first exam period
- September 9 - 16: students who graduate after the second exam period
- Later in September: students who pass after the second exam period and after deliberation.

The invitation will be sent to both your Artevelde UAS e-mail address and your personal e-mail address. This will contain a personal link to register yourself and your other guests.

Didn't receive an invitation?
Did you graduate after the first exam period, but haven't received an invitation yet? Contact us and be sure to mention your programme.

There is no livestream available. People who couldn't be there can still experience the atmosphere afterwards thanks to the professional photos taken.

Seats cannot be reserved in advance. However, everyone can sit comfortably. Students sit in the front and guests take seats in the back. That way we make it a wonderful moment together.

Professional photos will be taken during your graduation ceremony. Two days after the celebration, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the page where you can download the photos.

Of course, you may also take pictures yourself. Don't forget to mention Artevelde UAS when you share your pictures on social media.

If you would like to bring a certified interpreter of Flemish Sign Language, please contact us. We will look for the possibilities together.

There are two possibilites to collect your degree:

- Not coming to your graduation ceremony or want your degree earlier? Then contact the staff of your programme.
- After your graduation ceremony, you can collect your degree on site
