Call for Participation in the TETRA Project: Collaborating from Within – Organizational Conditions and Tools for Strong Networks
Do you work in the social-profit sector and want to build stronger inter-organisational networks? Join our learning network, where we explore the internal organisational factors that enable effective collaboration and develop practical tools to strengthen them.
About the project
Limited resources, high workloads, staff turnover (shortages and absenteeism), and evolving Flemish and federal policy frameworks and regulations present significant challenges for social-profit organisations striving to achieve their goals, mission, and vision.
In an increasingly diverse society facing ever more complex challenges, organisations are increasingly encouraged—or even required—to collaborate in integrated, cross-sectoral, and inclusive ways. However, the key to strong networks and resilient organisations lies not only in collaboration between organisations, but also in the internal organisational factors that determine whether organisations can collaborate effectively, sustainably, and with impact. We refer to this as an organisation’s collaborative capacity.
Understanding these internal conditions is essential for building, evaluating, and strengthening collaborative capacity, as well as for organising purposeful cooperation between organisations. Practical tools are needed to translate these insights into action.

Together, we will explore innovative insights, inspiring methodologies, and relevant models. Through a dynamic learning network, we will discuss, evaluate, and test these approaches in practice over a two-year period. The knowledge gained will be translated through living labs into concrete and practical tools that strengthen the collaborative capacity of social-profit organisations within networks.
In this way, organisations will be better equipped to increase their social impact while also improving efficiency.
