Start in February

Februarytrack

Whether you want to change programs, have been working for a while, already have a degree, are finished with the examination board, or are simply a late decider, February is the moment to take a new direction without losing time. You can also start the International Organisation and Management program in February. Your program then lasts 3 years (spread over 6 semesters).

Study programme

View the study programme in the February program brochure.

The language of instruction for this program is English. To start, you must demonstrate that your level is at least B2. Don't have a language certificate yet? No problem! You can register for a free language screening. After enrolment, email your language certificate to studyprogrammeiom@arteveldehs.be.

As a February starter, you join the existing class groups. To ensure you feel at home right away, your Student Community Coach is ready for you from day 1.

Important dates

  • Enrolment for a February program is possible from November 15.
  • Classes start on Monday, February 9, 2026.
  • You can enroll until March 1, but it's best to enroll before classes begin for a smooth start.
  • After that date, enrollment is only possible after a conversation with the study track manager.

Exemptions

If you switch from another program, you may be eligible for exemptions for certain courses. Do you think you might be entitled to exemptions? You apply for these online through the student portal after your enrollment is completed.

Please note, for a student status or entitlement to child benefits, you need at least 27 study credits per academic year. Discuss possible solutions with the study track manager.

Info session

Attend the Starting in February info session and discover your options.

Can't attend or would you like to have a conversation? Then contact the study track manager before you enroll. Prepare for your conversation by noting your questions and keep any results from a previous program at hand. This way, we can first review all options together.
