Guiding Flemish organizations in digital transformation
We know from practical experience that the process of digital transformation in companies often gets stuck during implementation.
Through this research project, we built a guidance trajectory for organizations, with focus on the human process of digital transformation as a change process. The challenge here was to create maximum involvement within (and partly outside) the organization.
The target group for this process was the Flemish organization where people-oriented entrepreneurship is central.
Online learning path for organizations
Using the appreciative inquiry method and the human centered design method, a preliminary prototype was formed and validated together with Flemish companies. This research led to four building blocks of people-centric digital transformation. Depending on the needs of the company it will be possible to use one or more of these building blocks.
The guidance process has been converted into an online learning path, with a mix of workshops, exercises and testimonials for each of the 4 building blocks that organizations can go through independently in order to shape their digital transformation story themselves. The outcome is a support and people-oriented approach within the organization for digital changes.
