The following questions are central: "How to engage learners?", "How to design in-depth education?" and "How to design sustainable education?". In short: how do we maximise the learning opportunities of ESD within organisations?
The 'ALERT' network is a community of practice comprising some 20 organisations. Its own operation, shaped during the year-long process, is examined. Thorough evaluation, reflection and dialogue offer opportunities to implement ESD meaningfully and thoroughly in the organisations' operations. The network wants to connect strongly with practice in order to narrow the gap with theory and demonstrate good practices.
