The guidance program aims to support and coach projects with investment subsidies to increase the quality of the projects through collaborative learning. This includes acquiring knowledge, evaluating, reflecting, exchanging, and designing.

This is done through a guidance process that connects organizations with each other through learning networks, coaching sessions, and demand-driven guidance.

Through a thorough environmental analysis and extensive survey within Flemish youth work, we aim to develop a valuable inspiration guide and toolkit. This source of guidance is specifically designed to effectively support project workers of youth infrastructure projects in approaching their projects.

The environmental analysis focuses on understanding the unique challenges, needs, and best practices within Flemish youth work. This provides insight into the diversity of projects, ranging from infrastructure works to participation and greening initiatives. The survey of stakeholders within youth work provides valuable input from various perspectives, allowing the guide and toolkit to encompass a wide range of relevant information.

The final inspiration guide and toolkit will offer concrete and practical guidelines tailored to the specific context of youth infrastructure projects. Through these initiatives, we not only aim to enhance the quality of the projects but also contribute to a sustainable and successful implementation of youth facilities in Flanders.
