Do you want to strengthen yourself and your team ...
- in supporting students, parents, teachers and school teams?
- in working together and learning together with your fellow support staff?
- in working with different partners of the support network?
Target audience
This refresher course is intended for supporters.
As a support worker, you are part of a core team that consists of:
- 6 to 11 support staff who work together in practice,
- one or two critical friends (e.g. CLB employee, pedagogical supervisor, competence development supervisor, parent or care partner of a regular school),
- a coordinator of the support network or of a school with specific target group expertise from special education.
One or more core teams can participate from one support network. Each ONW also puts together one coordination team. That team consists of:
- a coordinator of the support network or of a school with specific target group expertise from special education.
- a board, coordinating director or care coordinator as a representative of the regular schools in the ONW.
- a representative of a CLB that cooperates with the ONW.
- a representative of a pedagogical guidance service that cooperates with the support network.
Goals
- You think about your expertise, tasks and roles and the development of your professional identity as a supporter in your network.
- Together we will work on your learning questions, e.g. about:
- support to students from an action-oriented vision,
- supporting teachers in achieving quality inclusive education,
- supporting teachers and school teams to further shape the care and support policy together,
- working together and learning together with fellow support staff within a learning organisation,
- collaborating with all involved partners around students.
