INTERDEMENT. The proactive approach of clients with dementia and their informal caregivers: from intermutualistic intervision to shared methodology
All health insurance companies active in West Flanders want to work with the researchers to develop a new proactive approach to clients with dementia and their informal carers. The project involves a joint approach and implementation.
In order to arrive at a uniform approach, intermutualistic intervision sessions will be organized with the aim of making good practices and hidden knowledge explicit and converting them into a shared methodology.
This method will be distributed to all West Flemish social workers in health insurance funds. A handbook will also be made known to the broad welfare work in Flanders.
