Labor integration of employees with a health problem
Reintegration of employees with a health problem is a current, pressing theme in the context of sustainable career policy. After all, it appears that this reintegration process-despite existing initiatives such as "Disability Management" and "reintegration guidance"-regularly goes wrong.
In this practice -related exploratory research with focus on interaction between employee and employer, we examine what the critical success factors are. And on the other hand, if this reintegration fails ... Why and where it goes wrong and how this can be avoided.
To this end, we make an inventory of the further needs of employers and employees on organizational counseling measures.
This theme was followed up in the research project Team@work.
