This project with the support of the European Social Fund wants to stimulate the exchange of knowledge and experience around two themes: 'How to make employees more competent in shaping their own careers?' and 'Which sustainable career policy can support this?'. From a shared responsibility, but also from a synergy between employer and external supporters such as external career centres.
