The aim of this project is to improve education and management within rehabilitation through lifelong learning, in line with the Bologna Process, and in collaboration with education partners, rehabilitation practices and ministries. The program countries are higher education institutions in Belgium, Finland, the Netherlands and Portugal. They all have complementary expertise in modern pedagogy and rehabilitation. The partner countries are Kosovo and Russia.
Societal changes and the poor situation of the elderly, the chronically ill and the disabled in Kosovo and Russia require the latest know-how of social rehabilitation aimed at improving social opportunities, participation and coping with daily life.
