Through qualitative case studies, we learned more about the perspective of adolescents, parents and professionals in the Flemish youth care system. Adolescents and their parents had many recommendations to the youth care system. They encourage professionals to invest in good level quality youthcare in acting, not just in words. They ask youthcare to be more strenght- and demand-oriented and to have more participation in decisionmaking. 

Formal networks such as VOKA and Unizo are little known to entrepreneurs of Turkish origin. This is one of the striking results of the PWO survey conducted by Karijn Bonne and Reyhan Görgöz.

A climate where positive relationships are central and where there is attention to rich and understandable language provision is essential for young children's development. The research project 'In Dialogue About Language' explored how child supervisors in pre-school childcare can be supported to apply language-stimulating advice in their daily interactions with young children.

In strong interaction with managers and youth workers in youth welfare work, tools will be developed to elaborate a talent-oriented personnel policy with extra attention to diversity.

In this project, we explore the needs in the field of well-being and mental health care regarding AI. Together with them, we aim to elevate the accessibility, quality, and efficiency of support and services to a higher level in a secure manner, using artificial intelligence (AI).

During the 2015-2016 school year at the start of M decree, the Edith Stein comprehensive school examined what a successful, motivating learning pathway could look like for their pupils and how they could contribute to it.

Career development within organisations.

PRONET originated as a research project and has evolved further into a support unit for partnerships.

Social workers and healthcare providers mainly communicate face-to-face. However, in our digital society, health and welfare services should not ignore online opportunities. On the contrary, online tools such as chatting, e-mailing, online diaries, self-tests, ... enhance help and care.

In Flemish governments as well as within social organisations and even companies, there is a need and demand for ways to better integrate policy and communication.
