In this two-year project, we work together with primary schools to build language-efficient education, effective language pathways for pupils in need of extra language support and a supported language policy.
The European Language Portfolio (ELP) is a successful example of education, particularly language education, that is harmonized across borders. It facilitates greater mobility during the school career, enhances the visibility of multilingualism in Europe, and promotes social cohesion. We see many opportunities in a digital implementation of the ELP.
With the News Wisecracks! project, we make children (aged 8-12) more resilient against disinformation by focusing on news wisdom, both on the side of (youth) journalists and children.
