Consciously dealing with unconscious biases through the Decide project

With the Erasmus+ project Decide, we are developing effective strategies for addressing unconscious biases, targeting both education and all other (professional) contexts where unbiased decision-making is crucial.

In our Erasmus+ project, we aim to design various experiments conducted concurrently on a digital platform. Our goal is to identify the most effective and efficient strategies contributing to what we consider a new competence: the ability to consciously address unconscious biases. This competence is particularly relevant for education and for professions and situations where unbiased decision-making is crucial. Through our project, we seek to contribute to the development of professionals capable of making fair and unbiased decisions, which will have a positive impact on society as a whole.
